Executive Coaching and Training
Consultation and training services are provided to various levels (one-on-one or small group format) to assist leaders with professional development and targeted skills related to leadership effectiveness. This type of leadership coaching can be useful in general skill development and can help leaders work through specific issues they are faced with due to their position. Former topics have included interpersonal dynamics, personality clashes, role alignment, as well as goal setting and assessment.
Occupational Maturity, Culture Assessments and Consulting
Organizational climate and worker behavior is assessed to provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and enhanced understanding of an organization’s culture leading toward optimal performance. Assessments can be conducted remotely or in-person with representative samples of the overall workforce.
Research Activities and Evaluation
Internal research projects and evaluation research provide clients an objective and informed perspective regarding the value of targeted initiatives in the workplace or overall program effectiveness. Projects are designed collaboratively with clients and deliverables include professional reports of findings and actionable recommendations.
Keynote and Other Speaking Engagements
Dr. Guasta and Associates with specific educational and counseling expertise are available for speaking engagements, executive roundtables, case story presentations, etc. Past topics have included: stress and burnout in the workplace, strategies for health and wellness, employee engagement interventions, the importance of courageous leadership, influencing workers’ behavior, and other special topics.
Counseling Services for Teens
One-on-one counseling and small-group counseling sessions are provided to teens interested in assistance to navigate the demands of everyday life (personal, academic, etc.). A focus exists on life skills training and effective copying strategies. Individual behavior plans are created and assistance in training progress is provided.
Supervisory Leadership Development
We offer a unique behavioral and safety leadership program that is geared towards the behaviors of leaders in shaping organizational culture. The program was developed by Dr. Lori Guasta, a recognized researcher and instructor with industry experience who specializes in organizational behavior and safety leadership. The program covers four major topic areas: 1) Behavior Profiling; 2) Leadership Development & Visibility; 3) Organizational Strategies for Effectiveness; and 4) Creating a Supportive Learning Culture.
